Living in a strong, independent, and conscious society, where everyone is equal and protected, is the dream of almost every Ukrainian. The Andriy Piven Foundation achieves this through support, education, and volunteer activities.

The brief

The charity turned to the Studio at the founding stage, having only one name on hand and an unbridled desire to change the lives of Uzhhorod residents for the better. So we gladly picked up the fighting spirit of the founder and dived into work.

However, we had a challenging task ahead — to convey the positioning and philanthropic motives of the organization through the visual identity system.

Synchronization ritual

We started the project with our brand sprint, which established a connection between the client's teams and the Studio.

In a few hours, it became clear to us what the founder's vision of the Foundation was and what message the identity should broadcast.

Identity: from logo to brand book

Our team has developed a restrained, intelligent, and balanced image for the Piven Foundation. Piven means rooster in Ukrainian. Thus, the central identity element was the rooster, which represents a courageous defender, guard, and leader. Next, we supplemented the logo with colors and unique typography sets. Then, we developed a system for placing elements on different media. Finally, we seasoned it all with a series of slogans that reflect the main idea of ​​the organization "Uzhhorod is our common home." And voila — a detailed brand book for the charity is ready.

Now the organization has its own unique style and visual distinction. And we have another happy client with an identity with substance.
